i.n.s.o.m.n.i.a

assalamualaikum and hi people!

Recently, aku mengalami insomnia lah. Korang taw insomnia tu apa? Mostly mesti dah taw kan. It's very common. But for those yang taktau, let me google it for you.

haaaaa..nih aku dah carikan definition of insomnia tu. So, by right kira korang dah faham la kan? Hihi..According to the website, selalunya orang yang insomnia will take 30minutes and more to fall asleep. Tapi aku? Memang confirm-confirm la lebih daripada 30minutes kan. Sometimes, i even need 2hours to fall asleep.

Ini tak seronok okay. Walaupun aku dah ready nak tidur awal, but still akan tidur lambat jugak. Nanti terkebil-kebil la sorang-sorang dalam gelap sebab semua dah tidur. Huhu. Aku dah kena insomnia ni since after final hari tu. See, dah berapa banyak minggu? Aku penat la macam ni.

Kalau dekat rumah, takpe. Aku tak la takut sangat. Ni kalau kat kolej, macam-macam bunyi ada. Pulaknya dah pukul 2-3pagi kan. Mesti la otak aku ni dah mula fikir yang bukan-bukan. Lepas tu jenuh laa aku paksa tidur dengan pejam mata.

What should i do? I really need a full and quality rest, in which i can only get it during bed time. Tapi kalau dah macam ni gayanya, attention pun boleh terganggu.
